Refund Policies

Returns

During the first 10 days after receiving your order, you can request a return. After those 10 days from, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The costs of the return will be borne by the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether or not it has been approved for return.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipment

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
